One day prior to Holi, Holika Dahan is organised where Holika in form of wood branches is burnt and is marked as the beginning of holi.

Godhara verdict on Sabarmati express burning case is out

After 9 years of delay in resolving the Sabarmati train burning case,finally today the verdict for Godhara Kand was given today by special court inside the Sabarmati jail in Ahmedabad.

In this first verdict, 31 persons were convicted out of total 95 persons who have been accused for the burning of S6 coach of Sabarmati Express on Feb 27 2002.

Sessions judge P R Patel, gave the verdict about this incident which triggered riots in Gujarat resulting in death of more than 1200 people.

This case was surrounded with lot of controversy and finally under the direct supervision of Supreme court a special team headed by ex-CBI director RK Raghavan was made.

As per the sources Rajasthan University time table for this year 2011. Though this news announcement cannot be confirmed right now.

the official site of Rajasthan university is down and is not opening. Due to the sudden emerging traffic to see the exam time table, site has gone unresponsive.

JNU campus MMS scandal clips download gone viral

One of the most prestigious under graduate and post graduate university in India Jawaharlal Nehru University is in news for a new controversial incident in the campus.

In JNU campus. a CD is in motion – with two undergraduate students – a boy and girl has been found in objectionable content which also included a MCA student.

Sources told that this CD is being circulated from last six months, but has come under light just a week ago and all suspicious students are under questioning.

The content of this CD was shot in an hostel room of the university. The chief proctor is inquiring about the content found in this CD.

All three students involved in case belongs to the TAPTI hostel of Jawahar Lal University. This JNU campus MMS scandal has downgraded the JNU image – a student told to us.

Sachin Tendulkar in Bharat Ratna race- Lets see

Official list of Bharat Ratna will be announced later today around 6 PM. But a news floating around that Sachin Tendulkar has a big chance to convert it.

May be this most prestigious award will be in the list of multiple accolades that this master blaster has achived in his cricket career.
