Review – Directed by Sekhar Kammula, Leader movie has kept itself exceptionally well in terms of acting and other stuffs. The story line of this movie is very common. Tonnes of movie always wanders around with such concept. But this one showing not only bad part of politics but also better part.
Leader’ is all about today’s political scenario and the people of India. How to get a good ‘Leader’ forms the plot of the movie. The central character of this movie holds the post of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister. What kind of ‘Leader’ do we require to have a change in the political scenario.
How a good person having good post works and what are the difficulties he face during turning on the systems is the moral of story.
The most entertaining part of the movie is the romance between our Daggubati Rana and Richa Gangopadhyay. For me Richa is the best part of the movie and her simplicity and beauty will relieve many one who become deep involved in politics after watching the film.
Cinematography by Vijay C. Kumar definitely deserves a compliment. Overall good direction,theme and acting make it watchable.

I agree its a very good attempt from shekar kammula,at th e same time i think he s nt able resist himself from making a love plot which seemed very illogical and was missplaced some charecterisations are just blunders in the case of 1st lead female especially,and the cinematographer never projected Rana as a leader.The shots could have been made more better. . . . .overall the movie can be once watched. ……

I agree first part of the film was good, second part very poor, overall slightly disappointed. Disagree with comment about richa, thought she was out of her depth and very bland, you can tell she is from the US and acting isn’t for her.

Today I saw Leader movie……. I found sekhar kamula in that film, but not leader. I expect 100%. I got 30-40 % only. He can do complete 100%. There is no spl acting in Rana, any one can act in that caractor. Finally average film.

leader is a product of shekhar kammula.it is really different from other political background pictures.shekhar reminds us the need of a leader.in that path he justifies his role 100%.in whole the movie i find shekar itself. finally “shekhar sir” we feel proud to had a director like u. i wish u to continue in ur own way

Hi Folks,,,, I can promptly say it is not a movie…. but the mirror of actual Politician Characters…. I never felt watching this as a movie,, but the actual A.P…. Agreed that there are 2 to 3 minus points which are out of political scenes and can be completely ignored… Awesome point is that Parents are the only one who can build Person a Royal r a Perfect mankind…..
Sekhar Kammula did a good job attempting a bold script . The script is very intrIcately written .Choosing topics like casteism ,untouchability and corruption is not a new thing but he gave a new approach .Sekhar selected the central topic as politics focussing on casteism ,untouchability and corruption which is good .Rana is best suited one .I think no one would have filled the shoes of Arjun Prasad except RaNa .I think this movie should carve out Rana s career .All the best to Rana .All my best wishes to Sekhar .Keep making good movies

Hi iam sunil ,first of all i would like congratulate shekar kamula i watche leader movie 40 times i love this movie,He gave a message Where there is a will there is a way. And second thing heros cooling glasses is very good i mean spacticals. i want to ask one small question shaker why you always choose 6 feet or hight heros whycant choose short heros i observed every movie hero is very hight person.i think ur hight you choose hight persons,anyhow i love leader movie verymuch i saw your each and everymovie.
