The Nascar’s biggest, richest and most prestigious car race is Daytona 500 where 43 of the world’s best stock car drivers take the centre stage.
Daytona 500 live streaming

Last year Matt Kenseth was the champion in Daytona 500 and in 2008 it was Ryan Newman. Lets see who will be the winner this year. What are your prediction about Daytona 500?

Daytona is one of the most prestigious car race on Nascar calendar and the Championship points awarded are equal to that of any other Sprint Cup race. For any auto race, the television ratings has been highest for Daytona 500 since 1995.

Lets see whether it breaks the records for most global TV audience watched program. Well just few days back Superbowl 2010 has broken all such records in terms of viewership of this match. Lets find out whether this event is any close to it or not.

This event is also called “The Great American Race” or the “Super Bowl of Stock Car Racing. The winner of the Daytona 500 is presented with the Harley Earl Trophy in Victory Lane, and the winning car is displayed, in race-winning condition, for one year at Daytona 500 Experience( museum close to Daytona International Speedway). India defeated Sri Lanka by 3 runs in 1st ODI

india-vs-lankaTarget set for Sri Lanka was almost impossible to achieve as it seemed earlier, but Sri Lanka almost had achieved it and just by bad luck lost the match by skin of a teeth. What a terrible match it was for Sri Lanka.

India defeated Sri Lanka by a margin of only four runs to marks their victory in 1st ODI against Sri Lanka. Despite the splendid performance of Sangakkara, Sri Lanka couldn’t managed to achieve the target and lost the match. Thanks to good slog overs by Indian bowlers especially by Nehra and Praveen Kumar.

So the climax of the story is that India won their first match against Sri Lanka by 4 runs giving a initial target of 414 runs for Sri Lankan to choose, which they couldn’t.
