When is the FIFA World Cup 2026?
The tournament opens on 11 June 2026 with hosts Mexico facing South Africa at the iconic Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, and closes with the final on 19 July 2026 at MetLife Stadium near New York. In between, 48 nations are split into 12 groups of four. The top two from each group, plus the eight best third-placed sides, advance to a new Round of 32, and the tournament then runs as a straight knockout to the final.

Why the timings are tricky for Indian fans
Because the matches are played across North American time zones, kickoff times for Indian viewers fall between roughly 9:30 PM and 9:30 AM IST. Amrit Bharat Express stops cost and routes
The Amrit Bharat Express trains are a fleet of high speed inter state trains operated by the Indian Railways. Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi on Saturday flagged off these new trains from Ayodhya. Maximum speed capped to 130KMPH as per news agencies.
Two new Amrit Bharat express are Darbhanga-Ayodhya-Anand Vihar Terminal (New Delhi) Amrit Bharat express and Malda Town-Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminus (Bengaluru) Amrit Bharat Express.
The purpose behind launching the Amrit Bharat Express trains was to provide a faster and more comfortable travel experience between major cities of India. These trains significantly reduce travel time compared to regular express trains on the same routes.

Rinku Singh – The dark horse of Kolkata Knight Riders of 2023 was retained by the team with previous 55 Lakhs.
Although this is just the previous figure. But the actual figure is different as players retained by team has to follow retention rules. For retaining four players IPL deducts 42 crore from team kitty. If the player is first choice then he would fetch 16crores, second choice would fetch 12 crore, 3rd choice for 8 crore, 4th 6crore respectively.
Players retained by KKR are Nitish Rana, Rinku Singh, Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Shreyas Iyer, Jason Roy, Sunil Narine, Suyash Sharma, Anukul Roy, Andre Russell, Venkatesh Iyer, Harshit Rana, Vaibhav Arora, Varun Chakaravarthy.
Rinku Singh was retained by Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) for IPL 2024. This highlights his value as an impact player for KKR after his breakthrough performances in recent seasons.

SSC Combined Graduate Level (Tier-I) CGL Examination 2014 UDC results declared
Staff Selection Commission yesterday declared the results of COmbined Graduate Level CGL UDC 2014 examinations. This examination was held on 19th, 26th October, and 16th November, 2014 at many centers all over the country.
A total of 1,42,642 candidates have qualified Tier 1 to appear in Tier 2 examination. Out of this total 37542 candidates were from unreserved category, 24347 from OBC, 5643 from SC and 1583 from ST category.
Tier 2 examination of CGL UDC Examination 2014 is scheduled to be held tentatively on 11.04.2015 and 12.04.2015.
