Godrej in association with CNBC-TV 18 today announced about their new social networking website for India. Seeing the popularity of Orkut and facebook in India, Godrej has launched this India version.
The social Networking has got such a boost after Google launched orkut. It mainly became widespread in India and Brazil. The website Facebook launched by Mark Zuckerberg almost revolutionized the online community concept where people can meet and discuss.
For joining this community, you need to pre-register first at the website. You will be asked your name, email address and Phone number to register yourself on this website.
Seeing the growing public interest in Social Networking websites, this gojiyo.com has been launched mainly for Indian people. Well the features are not disclosed yet, but it is expected to be quite similar with Orkut and facebook.
The advertisement of Gojiyo first appeared in Indian premier League match. Since the popularity for Cricket is largest in India, hence this step was taken and launch Gojiyo.com
