Talks between French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh led to signing of nuclear deal (9.3-billion-dollar deal) to sell two nuclear reactors to India.

For the new nuclear plant in Jaitapur situated in Western part of Maharashtra, agreement has been done with French giant Areva for purchase of these two reactors.

French Preseident Sarkozy is in four days visit to India and in need of establishing healthy trade relations with strongly developing economy India.

Similarly previously US President Barack Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameroon visited India for similar mindset of strong ties with India earlier.

Delhi largest land owning and development agency Delhi Development Authority has launched new Housing schemes for flats under DDA housing scheme 2010.

Flat allotment under this scheme will begin from November 25 onwards. There are more than 15k flats ready to be alloted like one BHK, Two BHK and Three BHK.

There are different categories and classes of flats. FLats under this scheme will be alloted in areas like Dwarka Area, Rohini Area, Vasant Kunj, Nagar, Motia Khan, Mukherjee Nagar Area.

For Janta flats registration fee is Rs 50000 while registration fee for the flats under DDA Housing Scheme 2010 will be Rs. 1.5 Lakhs.
