Earthquake in West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand observed

A mild earthquake was observed in India in many areas specially eastern and north-east areas. This occurred around 1830 hours.

And somewhere reportedly it occurred twice after few seconds. It was a very mild earthquake observed.

Its assumed that Richter scale of this earthquake could be around 6 but it hasn’t been confirmed yet.

People started submitting the earthquake as their wall status on facebook as they felt the earthquake.

Till now earthquake from West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar and Sikkim has been reported. Other information about different states are still awaited.

Earthquake in Delhi and Jammu Kashmir today on 21st March 2011

An earthquake of Magnitude 5.8 on Richter scale hit part of Jammu and Kashmir and tremor was also felt in Delhi in some parts.

The epicenter of this earthquake was Hindu Kush mountain range in Afghanistan and this tremor lasted for 3 seconds and created the panic among people.

Earthquake felt in Gurgaon in Delhi and people rushed out of their building after feeling this natural disaster signal.

After Japan, this situation caused a big panic and rush among the people in Jammu and Kashmir and some parts of Delhi as well.

Some people are also saying that this could be the aftermath of Supermoon that occurred few days ago. Date it hit is 21st March at 3:30 PM, Supermoon was on 19th March.
