Today Caressa Cameron Miss Virginia won Miss America 2010. She outlasted 52 other contestants t o win this title. 22 years old Virginia Journalism student won Miss America contest just few hours back.

Miss California Kristy Cavinder, of Orange became the first runner up and won $25,000 as a winning amount, while the winner Caressa won a whooping amount of 50000$.

She was crowned the title by reigning Miss America Katie Stam. This young woman danced on danced to â€œI Gotta Feelingâ€ by the Black Eyed Peas at the beginning of the show.

Caressa Cameroon had already won 2000$ amount from previous talent competitions, before the final three result. Caressa outlasted her opponents in swimsuit, evening gown, talent and interview competitions. She was wearing a bright yellow evening gown on this occasion.

Murray vs Federer live – Australian Open men’s finals

Tomorrow world will witness one of the biggest mega event of the year i.e. Australian open 2010 Men’s Finals.Â And in this final, Roger Federer will take on Andy Murray at Rod laver Arena. And it will be the end of scintillating battle of Tennis fought between every gladiators out there.

A total of 126 players participated in the series and two are going to see the finals – Andy Murray and all time favorite Roger Federer. Federer will be appearing tomorrow in his 22nd finals. He is appearing in 8th consecutive final and overall 5th Australian Open finals, Andy Murray will be appearing in his second Grand Slam’s final.

If Murray wins this final match , he will become ( 22 years old) 13th youngest Australian Open Champion. Judging by the previous performance in the series, Federer won all of the matches with much ease, while Murray had to give a huge fight with many opponent in his way. But the fact that he almost thrashed Nadal ( World No. 2) will give him much comfort and relieve.

Winner of Australian open 2010 Women’s singles – Serena Williams

Today Just few minutes back Serena Williams defeated Justine Henin in the finals of Australian open 2010 women’s singles finals. She defeated Henin in three sets 6-4, 3-6, 6-2 in Rod Laver Arena today. World number one Serena Williams despite losing the second set managed to retain the title to her and won the third set with much ease 6-2.

This victory of Serena has brought her 12th Grand Slam Singles titles of her career. And she equals now Billie Jean King in sixth place on the all-time Grand Slam Womenâ€™s singles title list. She today won her back to back title by defeating Belgian comeback queen Justine Henin in the finals in Melbourne Park today.

Before the beginning of the match, it was being speculated that Serena will retain her title ans she does well in bringing all speculation comes true. Definitely she was in much form than Henin who has just left Tennis and made a quick comeback for this Grand Slam.

Serena once again proved that with aggressiveness and strength one can do anything she want. William’s sister Venus has already lost in the quarterfinals and never made to the finals. Thanks God, we were not watching both sisters again in the ground.

Australian open Women’s singles finals – Henin vs Serena live

Today Serena Williams world number one tennis player will take on comeback queen Justine Henin in Aiustralian Open Woman’s singles finals live from Rod Laver Arena. This women’s finals has been scheduled at 19:30 local time in Melbourne.

As per the past stat and current performance, Serena Williams is in hit list to win the game, but nevertheless its a match of uncertainty and can’t be predicted before the match.

Serena Williams struggled very hard to defeat Na Li of China by 7-6, 7-6, while Justine Henin thrashed her opponent again chinese Jie Zheng 6-1, 6-0. So as per previous performance now odd will be in henin favor. But whoever it will be, this match is gonna rock.

Serema Williams game is about aggresiveness, power and strength while Henin plays with a sublime backhand that once John McEnroe called one of the best in the game. Henin told pointing Serena that ” She is a champion” and both will strive to win the game by staying calm and concentrated.

Other than the woman’s finals two other finals are already being played.

Watch Miss America 2010 live on 30th January online

Miss America 2010 will be live at 8:00PM EST on 30th January on TLC will broadcast from Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas with host Mario Lopez and Clinton Kelly. A total 05 53 contestants are participating in this from 50 different states, also includes three from District of Columbia, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

Apple ipad – Bad aspect reviewed by others

Much hyped Apple ipad revealed few days back, but for sure its still a hype. Hype regarding its best and worst part. Our main story writer undergo a Tete-a-Tete with some ipad reviewers yesterday, and here is the extract – mainly negative one , as positive part is flushing over internet.

First of all, its been described as hybrid product made up of combined features of an ipod and an iphone. Priced $499 to $829 depends on your pocket size and your affordabilty,but the lower one has much much disappointment to bring.

Some major negative aspects – No Flash support, No HDMI output, No SD card slot, and inability to run several apps simulataneously as stated by forbes blog. Apple ipad will mainly appeal you if you are a good gamer. i am saying so because of its clarity due to its big screen, and speed it can handle.

As per Engadget.com if a consumer who buy the unlimited data plan with the iPad can expect to spend $1500 over a 2 year period. A bit costly one. Inability to take video and take snapshot marks one more star on the negative side.

SO in a nutshell, it has both version, and it really depends on you and your requirement and of course not as good as expected by others. Nevertheless worth giving a try.
