Today a woman unintentionally damaged a world famous painting “The Actor” made by Pablo Picasso. While watching those masterpiece she accidentally loose his control and fell against it. This painting masterpiece was worth dollar 130 million( 80 million pound).
This woman from New York was visiting the Metropolitan Museum where she loose her balance and ripped this one causing a six inch tear at bottom of this painting. This unknown woman was not injured but she unwillingly committed a blunder. This event have caused a lot of depression among the art lovers and they are also blaming the museum committee for poor management of historical masterpiece.
This painting depicts a male in yellow-pink costume standing in stylish manner and this was completed in period of 1904-05. As per the sources, this painting in the second floor gallery in between painting of old Spanish Artists.
Till now , the museum have not elaborated regarding this whole mess up. They have not clarified how this women fell on that masterpiece. But whatever may be the reason, the painting is damaged, but the good part is that, their is no damage in focus area of the painting.
